The Helping Hands Healthcare CEO has been involved in home healthcare since 1997. He has an extensive background in finance, business management and sales. He also has been involved in the opening of two home healthcare companies in the Greater Cincinnati area, one of which was sold to Children's Hospital of Cincinnati. He is a founding member of Helping Hands Healthcare.
Our Vice President has provided directed home healthcare service for over 30 years, thus possessing the experience and background to maintain the quality of our organization.
Our Administrator has 15 years of experience in upper management of home healthcare companies and has been with our organization since 1999. He is well-versed in the financial end of the business and can navigate the always complex rules and regulations of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and compliance. In his early career, he was the Assistant General Manager for Kings Island in Mason, OH.
The Helping Hands Healthcare Director of Client Services has been involved in home healthcare for 15 years. She has vast office management and client services experience having worked for General Motors and Taft, Stettinius and Hollister LLP. Her expertise in risk management and client services has led our operational focus.
In addition to our executive team, we have several support staff in the office and in the field, handling all the day-to-day clinical and daily living needs of our clients, including:
- Administrative staff
- Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists
- Medical Social Workers
- Home Health Aides
The Helping Hands Healthcare management team provides direct oversight and education to its nursing personnel. Their understanding of the dynamics encountered in home healthcare are enhanced through our signature educational focus and proprietary training program. Healthcare is rapidly adapting and changing, and we keep our staff continuously apprised of all changes so they can implement them immediately and uphold our excellent standard of care.
