Skilled Nursing Care

History

For more than 30 years Helping Hands Healthcare leaders maintained a strong allegiance to the home healthcare industry. Their commitment to excellence and willingness to always "lend a helping hand" became known throughout the area. As corporate structures were adapted, they determined it was in the best interest of clients and home care for them to open their own business. By addressing the industry's growing needs, they quickly grew from a four-person operation to an operation that represented a strong regional presence in Southwestern Ohio covering 8 counties.

Helping Hands Healthcare was founded in 1999 to develop, implement and distribute a service aimed at highly technical skilled nursing clients. This focus gave the company a solid employee and client foundation. In addition, Helping Hands Healthcare built a strong reputation for being able to care for the most complicated, high-tech private duty clients long-term.

Helping Hands Healthcare soon identified a specific void in the visit programs and in the care of the elderly in this marketplace. Consumers were struggling to find help with ancillary services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. In addition, the skilled visit needs of the elderly had increased tremendously. Referral sources requested that the organization expand its services.

Due to the needs of our clients, Helping Hands Healthcare expanded to increase the number of adults and seniors cared for and menu of service offerings available to this client base.
